For the first time, CERINNOV GROUP will presents an advanced solution for automatic control of ceramic parts using Artificial Intelligence.
Based on the latest advances in deep learning, the strength of the CERINNOV solution lies in an algorithm developed specifically for the control of tableware. The neural network has been specifically trained to recognize classic defects such as chromo defects, dots and spots… It can also classify items as first or second choice even if the criteria are subjective.
Therefore, the A.I. can learn to qualify new products or decors, very quickly and from a small amount of new data.
The machine presented at the show includes a smart camera embedding CERINNOV A.I. and an adapted lighting. It can be easily deployed within a production line, for example as a control module or on a conveyor for in-line control.
