This month, our team went for the installation and the start-up of an automated laser machine (type LML 2X30) used for marking by laser sintering. The company Dolkin SA based in Argentina (Buenos Aires) produces porcelain objects for tableware. The company trusted in Cerinnov Group by acquiring this laser machine and immediately observed an increased productivity thanks to the speed of execution as well as energy savings.

The LML 2×30 model offers the possibility to mark items of different sizes and shapes up to 800 pieces/hour. The management of the sizes and types of countermarks is carried out directly by the laser marking system. Then, It’s possible to apply different modules of spraying, drying, laser sintering and automatic cleaning. Moreover, the marking is customized for small or large series of articles and on all complex geometric surfaces !
